The percentage spent on resources like books and furniture and equipment were the same with 15% in 1981. In 1991, the spending on resources considerally went up to 20% however the amount of money using for furniture and equipment was only 5%. After 10 years, 235 of total spending was for buying furniture and equipment while only 9% for resources like books.
The lowest proportion was insurance with 2% in 1981, 3% and 8% from 1991 to 2001.
