Can I use want to or need to and ought to and have got to for future and past also.
Am,is,are used for both present tense and regular also explain me with examples.

The words "present" and "future" refer to time, not tense.

I followed that link. I could not find "can and may can be used to both present tense and future tense" anywhere. I did find "We use may to refer to weak possibility in the present and future", which is not the same thing. As I said before: Do not confuse the concepts of tense and time
