The word impossible and possible isn't used to a person, It's only used to action, events, animals...right ?

example : Tom is impossible to climb up the top of the hill ! => this sentence is wrong, cuz, the word impossible isn't used to subject ( men ), right ???

Yes. It's wrong to say that a person is impossible to do something. However, we could say "It's impossible for somebody to do something". For eg It is impossible for Tom to climb up the top of the hill.

We also can say in a general way that a person is impossible. It's a loose expression meaning that the person is difficult to like and very hard to work with, for instance because he is rude, or haughty, or inconsiderate, or has any one of a number of other disagreeable characteristics.
