HELP ME!!! :)

I just can't get what the speakers says in one moment in this video and i neeed it really.
It starts with talking about dynasty and then 0:20 they start talking about crossroads. And the fact that because of crossroads old people....................? did what ? kept bumping .....? something like that. what do they say and what does it mean. please help me :D

Apparently Crossroads is an old British TV show. Here is what the speaker said: When Amy Turtle was in Crossroads , suddenly old people kept bumping into scenery and forgetting where they were. I don't know what the topic is and I have no idea what Crossroads was about (and don't really care) so your pretty much on your own in finding out what the context of these comments is and what they mean.

It has to do with the fact that people copied sopa opera characters' behaviour and so on. Like with dynasty they started wearing shoulder pads. So I don;t know. They were bumpin into scenery forgetting where they where like Amy Turtle ? Does it make any sense ?

It doesn't make any sense unless you know the show Crossroads, but the video you've posted is quite enjoyable otherwise. I watched it through because I like that actor (though I've forgotten his name if I ever knew it).

I've always liked him also, I recently had occasion to watch the first season of Jeeves and Wooster with Fry as Jeeves, very funny stuff.
