Help me!

I'm from Holland and in January i'm going to study at SJC. I have to wright a letter to my teacher.

Dear mrs. ....,

I am writing in connection with a few questions about the classes I am going to start in the spring semester with the Nutrition an Dietetics students at Saint Joseph. I look forward to start the minor!

I found a calender on the <link removed> website and i'm wondering if it's right that the classes will start at the 17th of January? And it also says that the last day of classes will be at the 4th of May. Maybe you can tell me the exact dates when I will start and when I will be finished with the classes?

I also have a question about the spring semester. On the website I saw different Minors; Nutrition minor, Sports Nutrition minor and the Food Serviceminor. Am I going to follow one of these or just the classes in the spring semester?
