Help me

But that is the number of jobs lost since the recession began in December of two thousand seven.

hi every body

in the sentence , the word "lost'" is in passive voice , but i don't know in the full sentence which form in the following ones is true .

- But that is the number of jobs which is lost since the recession began in December of two thousand seven.

- But that is the number of jobs which was lost since the recession began in December of two thousand seven.

- But that is the number of jobs which has been lost since the recession began in December of two thousand seven.
