You study at a university, school, etc.

I think in AmE, 'in' should be used.
I've read that in AmE, it should be I study in XYX School, while I study at XYZ School is BrE.

I thought that he was referring to a university in a certain country, that's why I didn't undersatnd the use of 'at' before Singapore.
