Letter Writing

help me

I wrote a letter of appeal to xxx but receive no reply.

Anybody can help me to write a letter to urge them and highlight how serious and important the reply to me?

Instead of being silent and treating it like a barking dog ?

note : i cannot attached the .doc file what shall i do?
