Help making explanation letter
Good morning sir,
please help me make an explanation letter. I filed a vacation leave, 12 of May until 16 to have a vacation in bohol. but that was passenger season i find hard for me to resume on the 16, so I contact my leadman to please inform our supervisor to extend my leave for just 1 day. but then the company send me yesterday a desciplinary action for explanation in this matter.
