Help : letter to invite a corporate

i'm in desperate need of help....can someone help me write a letter to a corporate (senior manager CITIBANK) inviting him to give a guest lecture to the students at a B-school. The corporate has no prior association with the B-school,however the school does enjoy a decent reputation.

What would be the template for such a letter? How do u persuade him to come and deliver the lecture.He is at a fairly high position in the bank.....please help!!!!!!
