Help !!! Letter to ask for increment
Hi!
mM superior asked me to write a letter to him so that he can help me to get increment as he wants me to stay with his team, below is my draft and need your help to improve it ......thanks....
Dear Mr XX,
I have been working with XX for almost 1 year and my contract with XX is going to due on xxxx.
Now I am getting XXX as my monthly basic salary. I am confident that I have put in my best effort during the last few months in contributing to the project team and my skills are improved during this period. I would like to be considered for an increase in salary at this time.
Below are my achievement & contribution to the company during past few months:
- Liaise with sub-contractors & project team in documentation & site folders
- Checking & compiling over 200 site folders before submission to client
- Filling & keeping softcopy data in company server for over 200 sites
- Coordinate the ordering of office supplies & hand phone bills
- Preparing delivery orders, transmittal letters & office administrative work
I’m not afraid to assume responsibilities. I also working with minimum supervision meet tight deadline. Hopefully you can provide your recommendation to XXXX from HR department for their further action.
