Help in understanding the phrase

Hello! I'm Russian, my English is poor. I ask for your help, in understanding one word combination. How do you understand the phrase "Liked Base"? Please describe in more detail. I choose a name for my site, where people can store what they found on the Internet. Is this phrase appropriate? I chose it by analogy with the phrase "Knowledge Base". Thanks for the help!
