Help in the sentence

Hi,

Is the following sentence is correct?

I should have been studying

I think the above should be as:

I should have been studied

or

I should have been studying for little longer time.

Am I correct?

I should have been studied -- This is not.

I should have been studied is ok if you were the subject of a study.

Otherwise use either I should have studied or I should have been studying.

I should have been studying when she entered the room. (but I was playing video games)

I should have studied more in my youth.

But how can the first sentence be correct? As I've not made any duration with that sentence.

I think the above sentence should be written as:

I should have been studying for little longer time( or any another duration).


Am I correct?
