help in tenses
i have come across people from Asia saying or using two tenses in a single sentence
for eg. i knew but i am good at it
i never knew that my name is so common
when i asked about this they said it is possible to use two tenses with the help of conjunction like they are doing.
now these people have confused me as i am not a native speaker
