The plural of pleasure is "pleasures". The "s" used as an inflectional suffix becomes part of the word it is added to. Using an apostrophe would be incorrect.

In most cases the word pleasure is uncountable. It is rare to exist it in countable nature, as far as I am concerned.

1.The pleasures of living in a cottage in summer.

2.If you have a lot of cars and couple of houses, I would say you have many pleasures in life
