Help In My Motivation Letter?
Since I was old enough to remember, my mother has always said to me this three words: faith, confidence and judgment; faith that things will resolve themselves, confidence in your abilities and trust in your judgment. For me, leadership is an action in leading myself and others towards common goals. Leadership must begin within me before I can lead the others. A good leader must have integrity to his commitment, be open-minded to changes, and know where to go.
During My study I decided to be more independent trying to achieve my goals ,so I rent a small shop inside my institute to sell ladies accessories and gifts and I run the show myself , it was very good opportunity for me to see the leader in myself its having a very good impact on me.
my personality changed a lot to be more confidence more judgement , this was the beginning , working ,studying , lead my own gift shop all in one.
I decided to be more independent on the last year of my study I took the risk to open something different, it`s pizza Restaurant, it was a very successful project, I put all my knowledge on it form what I studied.
I finished my study I participated in Master degree , again working, study, lead all this till 2011 on this year everything changed in my country because of the revolution, then I close my restaurant and stop my study , and decide to be home for one year till we see what will happen next.
I returned back 2012 and start working in the biggest hotel chain in the world till now, in the end I decided to return to my goal for completing my study and opening my own business from what I learn from my study and what have from working experience all these years, and my dream to gain the leadership and be professional in what I love.
