Help in editing my email to colleagues

I just started a new job. In this new position, I will be working with people that are in different parts of the world. Face to face meetings happen very rarely with them, so having said that my intent is to send an email to everyone to introduce myself.

This is what I have so far. I really need help in the last couple of lines. I appreciate any feedback, comments that you may have.

I like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the SD coordinator for the Eastern District. In recent years, I have been working in the ABC sector as a Senior Consultant. My area of expertise is in systems and database management. In past, I have developed several tools that have resulted in the automation of certain workflow processes.

I look forward to be working with all you in various capacities. I hope to continue the joint effort in working together to tackle problems/issues and to achieve our common goal and business objectives.
