SOME PEOPLE WORK FOR THE SAME ORGANIZATION ALL THEIR WORKING LIFE. OTHERS THINK THAT IT IS BETTER TO WORK FOR DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS.

DISCUSS BOTH VIEWS AND GIVE YOUR OWN OPINION.

The development of business world nowadays benefits us with a wider choice of workplace. As a result, some people tend to change their organization often yet others retain their devotion for solely one. Both working styles will be discussed in details below, ending with my own viewpoint.

It can be said that the advantages of being loyal to one company refers to the disadvantages of working for several ones. When devoting for one place, employees can gain thorough comprehension of their institution and its area. Not only will they be able to maintain and fortify their networks but they also have higher possibility of getting promoted over time. If they choose to switch among a couple of enterprises, they can, on the other hand, avoid the monotony of going back and forth to the same place for their whole life of work as well as the lack of experience in different fields. At the same time, everyday work will be more challenging and exciting,which - according to some scientific research - results in the full exploitation of employee’s potentials. However, people who are regularly seeking for a change of air in profession have more tendency to cope with high pressure of adapting to new environment and operating machinery, or even doubts about commitment in the new corporation.

From my perspective, the level of stability at wor depends mostly on personality and personal preference. Whether one prefers risks and the joy of conquering rather than a peace and security should be the main element adding up to the decision of leaving or staying permanently. Another important factor is whether our contribution is appreciated appropriately in the current organization or not. With proper analysis, both working tendencies can be beneficial.

In conclusion, although both drawbacks and merits can be found in both professional styles including loyalty to one brand and seeking opportunities in more than one name, I firmly believes that individual characteristics should be taken into consideration before any career decision is made.
