HELP - IELTS WRITING TASK 2

My name is Ivan and I am a Vietnamese student. Now I am struggling with how to write an essay and I really need some helps from you.

Some people think that the government should invest in teaching science rather than in other subjects for a country development and progress. What extent do you agree or disagree?

It has been sometimes argued that the national authorities should use their budget for education more than other fields to make their nation advancingly wealthy. In my standpoint, I completely agree with this idea.

On the one hand, teaching science is an extremely crucial subject that makes the countries more and more thriving in the long run. Firstly, substantially great educational systems would promote rapidly the development of many kinds of fields. As a result, these can easily meet the fundamental criteria of the 4th industrial revolution, which is the global tendency at present. Secondly, having a systematic education to attract more students than earlier, the executive bodies would gain an overwhelming benefit from taxes.

On the other hand, teaching science provides ideal conditions for individuals to both be knowledgeable and access a better life. Once the people possess an immense knowledge, they would have ability enough to investigate a large scale of subjects and invent valuable things. Take United State as an example, thanks to the progressive pedagogy in many well-known universities as Harvard, Stanford, that country steadily holds the top position for decades. Furthermore, an advancing educational system generates a number of excellent learners whose income could easily be on top in the future.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that the government ought to allocate their fund focally for education rather than others owing to aforementioned benefits.
