Help! I have to type a memo for work.

Hello

I've struggled with english grammer from the day i stepped onto american soil. English is my 2nd language. but that hasn't stopped me from stepping up to a challenges such as these:

my boss which is a doctor, asked me to type up a memo to our patients about not spending too much time hogging the computer that we provide for them in the waiting room during their visit. see some of the patients would hog the computer preventing other patient from using it.

I have a draft, but it seem kinda stupid and unclear to me...please help.

"PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR TIME SPENT ON THE COMPUTER WHILE BEING COURTEOUS OF OTHERS WHO MAY NEED TO USE THE COMPUTER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION"
