Help... Help... Help

Hi everyone,

Can anyone check this for me...please??

I wrote an article about Emiratisation in the public sector.. and this is the introduction of the report.

I’m afraid that there are some mistakes in grammar. I'm not a native speaker so I need help please.

This is the introduction:

My brother is in grade twelve and he always says: “when I finish grade twelve, I will not complete my education, I’m going to work and depend on myself”. I asked him: “Matar, which sectors do you prefer to join and why?” He answered me directly: “of course the public sector because many private sector companies live under finance crises nowadays and they sacked nationals without any reason, but in the public sector I can secure my future”.

As we know the UAE population is growing rapidly, in 1995 the census showed that the UAE population was 2,400,000, of which 75% were expatriates and 25% were Emiratis. One decade after, the census depicted that the UAE population was 4,100,000 people, of which 80% were expatriates and 20% were Emiratis. Although the number of Emiratis is less than expatriates, the number of unemployed UAE nationals (12%) is more than unemployed UAE non-nationals (2.6%). Because of this, the UAE government started to apply Emiratisation in the public and private sectors. In this report, I’m going to write about Emiratisation in the public sector. Why it is more attractive than private sector? What is the problem that faces the public sector. How the government will deal with this problem to solve it?

Thanks a lot
