00 One outstanding task of last month requested by HQ, we are thinking to carry out coming Friday after office close. The detail is in the attached. 02 br

00 We have everything (Installation CD, Manual, Emergency Restore Disk etc) needed for this work. 02 br

00 We have to take full backup of system and data files before doing the upgrades. And also one email services has to be disabled prior to backup. Rest other work would be carried out remotely by HQ engineer. 02 br

00 It is expected that this work would last no longer than 2 hours. As a result of this, all Incoming/Outgoing email will be unavailable from 3 PM to 5 PM on Friday 13 April 07. 02 br
