Help! Formatting the "spinning newspaper"

I saw the format for this once but can't recall the exact format.

I'd like to do the spin, show the main headline, then insert or move to a smaller news story on that same page.

I don't see what's wrong your first part, as is. We've all seen the old movies so it gives us a visual right away. Spinning newspaper, WAR! Works... but only if you're writing story based during a time when newspapers actua
