YankeePresumably an LC is a "letter of credit", and I believe using the abbreviation LC is quite common in international trade. Likewise, USD is a standard code for "US dollars".

Personally, I don't think questions about this sort of business writing belong in the Basic English Grammar Questions forum. To me, it's anything but "basic". This sort of stuff is quite specialized, so I am going to move this thread to the Business and Finance English forum.
