help for an email I need to send

Could you help me phrase this naturally for an email?
Is it natural to say 'go forth with a refund'?
Hello,

As a site, you have an obligation to tell the buyer/customers the whole story. If you are selling something 50 percent off, you have to basically tell them why for instance 'Made in china as opposed to in the USA" You can't pass something off as the really thing. Thats is why I would like a refund not having known it was a counterfeit since nowhere on your site does it state that.

Would you please go forth with a refund?

Thank you

Maybe 'go ahead with the refund' Is that natural?

Can you tell me if I can improve the email, make it more natural grammatical without changing it too much please? Is there any grammar mistakes?
