Help followd with infinitive or gerund

Hello everybody!

I found this example sentence on a website:

She needs help drinking.

Can we use the infinitive instead of the gerund? She needs help to drink.
Would the meaning change?

Thank you all!

This is a tough one, but I'm going to stick my neck out. She needs help drinking = she can't hold the glass steady, for example. She needs help to drink = there's too much liquid and she can't drink it all.
