Help find

1] Mr Negroponte's mission is to help find a solution to the crisis in Pakistan.
I am a bit curious about the words 'help find'.

2] Mr Negroponte's mission is to help to find a solution to the crisis in Pakistan.
I think my second sentence is fine too.

3] Mr Negroponte's mission is to help for find a solution to the crisis in Pakistan.
[ How about the third sentence? I think it is fine too.]

4] Mr Negroponte's mission is to help for finding a solution to the crisis in Pakistan.
[ How about the fourth sentence? Is it acceptable too?]
