I am gonna teach Medical English at university for the first time and I was wondering if you have any ideas to teach the syllabi more interactively! Each session is 3 hours with 15 mins break in between, gotta cover medical terminology in 1:30 and the rest have to work on either reading or listening. The number of ss is around 30-35 and I'm looking for a way to teach in a CELTA/DELTA way, but it sounds rather impossible. I have to teach the prefixes, suffixes and the roots of many terms for 1:30!!! How can I make it more interesting and not monotonous!? any ideas?
Many thanks,
Sib

The book I am teaching is 'Medical terminology' and 4 chapters are going to be covered this term (Diseases, Circulation, Surgery and Digestion), the focus of the course is on their reading and listening
As I find things and re-claim material then I'll share it with you. You can choose if it is right for your group and if you need it.
