An antivirus software has been run again for virus checking in the both hard drive and pen drive. And no viruses were found.
Regarding virus in the P drive earlier, it was detected by the system and cleaned itself that time. At the mement there is no virus in the pen drive.
Any external media (CD-ROM, Pen Drive, floppy disks) can be inserted in the PC in the PC as there is a virus guard already loaded to monitor viruses. If it finds any, it informs the user and prompts to remove or clean. This means she can use the external media and clean it herself in case of viruses is detected by the system.
I am happy to provide "coaching" on how to check virus and remove it if she feel the need.
