HELP: Could you please rate my spoken English? (planning on taking ITIL exam in the future)

I need your help, I would just like to hear your opinions regarding my spoken English. My main concern is, Do I have an accent? How bad/thick is it? I would appreciate your help guys. Here is the link:

Thank you Anon, was the accent that bad? What can I do to be better? My main problem is my tongue gets tied up whenever I try to speak maybe that's how you pick up the lack of "flow.." What can I do to be better? Thank you

It depends what you mean by bad. Almost all of it was understandable, just some parts were too quiet and stalled for a second. It's good enough to make most of what you say, understood.

Most of your pronunciation sounds American but, you have a noticeable amount of Filipino pronunciation, as well.
