Help correct 3 sentences

I heard these 3 sentences on a reality tv show and had a few questions.

Would it be correct to use 'in'?

- Don't think you being nice will change anything in the way I feel about you.

I have heard 'dissolve partnership' but never 'my end of the partnership'. Is that correct?

- I want to dissolve my end of the partnership.

Is this grammatically correct?

- She can't be any more different than us other than if she were an alien.

Does this sentence sound incorrect to you? Would you change it?

- She's the type of person you don't know what she looks like because of all the make up she has on.

Thank you for the clarification

These are great quotes, and you have to be a very good english speaker to recognize that they are all slightly incorrect. Firstly, all of these 'mistakes' come from the natural pattern of speech, people will use filler words in speech to try and articulate their points, so in real life speech there could be no criticism of them really. However I will explain the grammar!

  • This should actually be 'about' instead of 'in' - but because the end of the sentence also includes out, native speakers will naturally change the preposition to make the sentence flow more naturally.
