I have been employed as a Co-ordinator in your Company since …….
As you know, during this period I have had some difficulties. Although I have assisted you to keep up the factory and also discharged my duties properly, I had to face so many injustices unexpectedly. At times of shorthanded I had voluntarily covered others duties too. To maintain the goodwill among the staff I had intervened as and when there is necessity.
I regret to note that as a ……. I had done a lot to the Company but you have mentioned at the factory meetings that I have not done any work.
