Try:

"Attached is the prospects and pitches form (Excel file)."

Dear Chris,

The file contains two different forms on two different worksheets, can I still say that? Please confirm ASAP.

Many thanks,

Yes you can say that.

Usually I will say:

"Please refer to the attachment in this email for the prospects and pitches form (Excel file)."

sarah88The file contains two different forms on two different worksheets,  can I still say that?  Please confirm ASAP.

Many thanks,

The file (or Excel workbook in Excel terminology) can contain multiple worksheets, so, yes, you can say the attachment is a single file/workbook (which contains two forms on two worksheets).

OK, so how about this?

" Attached please find the new template for your prospects and pitches. As usual, please email me the details by noon tomorrow. "

To be honest, i'm still not feel too comfortable about this. What if I attahced two files, one is for new prospects and another one is for pitches. How should I write the message then?

Since there are two attachment clearly displayed and you have also stated the names of the two forms in the email. Generally people will understand your email, why should you worry?
