Help :analyse the structure

Hi every one..I was wondering if any one can help me in analyzing the structure of the following sentence . ( pointing out the clauses and subordinate, noun phrases, verb phrases...) I really appreciate your help .

" Good strategy adds to the pot of power with which we approach all encounters, and bad strategy subtracts from it "

would you please identify them for me . I am not sure because of having "with" before which . Is with with the first clause or with second clause ???
