Hi every one..I was wondering if any one can help me in analyzing the structure of the following sentence . ( pointing out the clauses and subordinate, noun phrases, verb phrases...) I really appreciate your help .

" Good strategy adds to the pot of power with which we approach all encounters, and bad strategy subtracts from it "

With is located in the relative clause with which we approach all encounters __, where the underlined expression is a relative phrase occuping clause-initial position and the notation ‘__’ represents its functional position in the clause, which would be filled in a syntactically more basic construction such as We approach all encounters with a pot of power.
