Help! A question about the closing.

If the respondent starts the email with no greeting and closes it with " all the best", is there any special meaning (hint) about the correspondence?

Does that mean no more contacting? Or, is he/she not happy about the communication?

I am looking forward to your answer. Thanks in advance.

Is this a personal e-mail or a businss e-mail? What did it actually say? It's hard to tell what e-mail means -- sometimes people infer all sorts of meaning that was never intended.
