Why Exercise is important

Many people do not see the importance of how physical exercise plays a role in their everyday lives. People tend to think that exercise is too much work, boring and time consuming. But at the same time very few know the important facts of exercise and how it can help in so many ways. Due to the many distractions in the new day and age that prevent people from daily exercise leads them to having many illnesses at a young age, having all sorts of disorders and also not being happy of their appearance. Therefore, regular physical exercise is important so that people can have healthy bodies, healthy brains, and healthy skin.

The human body is meant get exercise. Due to the lack of exercise, millions of people are diagnosed with diseases such as obesity, chronic and heart diseases. Those who are diagnosed with such diseases are asked by their physicians to join the gym so that exercise can help their body to overcome their illnesses. Additionally, exercise is needed at least an hour a day to prevent diseases, and it can be done in many ways; for example, heavy weight lifting exercise, cardiovascular exercise or even choosing to walk up and down the stairs. The reason people are recommended to regularly exercise is because most people work in organizations where they are sitting for 7 – 8 hours a day, which is not good for the human body. Sitting for too long leads to severe long-term illnesses such as joint pains, back pains, stiff shoulders, etc. Lastly, to live a healthier life, one should dedicate part of their daily lives to exercise, so that long-term illness can be avoided or cured.
Lastly, It is an important part of a healthy lifestyle and is scientifically proven that those who exercise have lower risk of heart disease, cardio vascular disease and cancer.

Another compelling reason, besides the fact that exercise keeps the body healthy, exercise has also been proven to relieve disorders like stress, anxiety, and depression, which are all connected to the human brain. Amazingly, regular exercise helps blood flow to the brain, which provides it with more oxygen so that it can protect the brain from disorders. Furthermore, exercise helps the human body to release certain chemicals (endorphins), and these chemicals help reduce brain disorders; thus, giving another reason why exercise is important. Hence, There is no excuse for a person to not exercise. People should keep a balanced life and learn to prioritize by getting into the routine of exercise, their health is a number one priority; therefore by joining their local gyms can help their bodies, but also to have a healthy brain to function in their daily lives.

On the contrary, not only does exercise help people achieve healthy bodies and healthy brains, but it also helps with their skin as well. When people have a regular exercise routine, they tend to appear happier with glowing skin. Since, exercise helps with the blood circulation in the brain, which leads to preventing illness like stress and anxiety, these mental illnesses can affect the skin as well by causing severe acne and eczema. Also, exercise increases the oxygen level in the system leading to increase of blood flow in the body, which then helps with flushing debris out of the system. Thus, one can have great looking skin
