Help!
Hello, everyone. I'm new to this forum and, I was wondering if anyone here could help. The letter is for a program abroad. One of the requirements applicants should provide is an English proficiency certificate (such as IELTS or TOEFL). in case you do not have the certificate, I must write a letter explaining the reason and, in turn, language proficiency.
The reason; why I don't have my certificate yet is that the date of the IELTS test is in November, and all the documents will need to send it in October.
My language knowledge is of an independent user, i.e. I understand perfectly I speak it and write it without problem with few mistakes. To improve my English level, I had the opportunity to study in the United States for; 6 months at the DEMACC Institute. I also took a course on Introduction to International Human Resources Management at Future Learn in collaboration with Coventry University.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Did you have to show proficiency in English to be accepted in the DMACC Institute? Did the institute give you a certification of completion? Will one of the instructors give you a letter of recommendation regarding your proficiency?
