It is estimated that Jim would have spent somewhere $7000 to $10000 pranking Dwight in ‘The office’.


Does the bold ‘would have’ show lack of confidence or third conditional? I found this on Facebook on Uberfacts. Please help. What’s the use of would have in this sentence?
