A. There is the final match between Barcelona and Real Madrid next week. Barcelona would be holding the title for the seventh time if they won.

B. There is the final match between Barcelona and Real Madrid next week. Barcelona would be holding the title for the seventh time with the win.

Yes. Note, however, that you probably want "The final match between B... and RM... is next week".
