Marlon: Hey Jennifer, are you still working on making a budget?

Jennifer: Yes I am.

Marlon: I thought you would’ve done it by now.


Conversation 2

Marlon: Hey Jennifer, are you still working on making a budget?

Jennifer: Yes I am.

Marlon: I would’ve thought you would’ve done it by now.


Are both of the conversations correct and mean the same?
