Help

Hello everyone!

I could not find an explicit answer anywhere on the internet so I have to ask here. Is the word "preference" countable? Oxford Dictionary says that in one meaning it is not but mentions an example of "A strong preference"

I would really appreciate some help on that ;-)

Top answer

Yes, it's countable. eg I have a preference for Pepsi rather than Coke. eg I have a preference for chocolate ice-cream.
