Is the following sentence grammatically correct?
"This is a health care company which specializes in helping hospitals empower their communities through health education using leaflets."

"Empower their communities" is rather vague and meaningless.
This health care company specializes in helping hospitals empower their communities through health education. We design, create and publish informative leaflets to be distributed to the community.
