Which movies have you watched over and
over again? or Which movies did you watch over and over again? Which one is correct and why?

They are both grammatical.

If you think the person may continue to watch movie, use "have you."

If the period of time when they could have watched movies is now in the past and they won't watch any more movies, then use "did you."
