Help

A. It smells cigarette on you. Have you been smoking?
B: Yes, I have.

Another conversation,

A: It smells cigarette on you. Have you just smoked?
B: Yes, I have.

In both conversations the use of present perfect and the present perfect continuous are correct. I want to know what is the exac difference between them. Could you help me please?
