Can I use 'yesterday' and such other like ago in the second sentence? Like: 'I moved to another apartment yesterday', is the sentence still correct with the situation?

shouldnt it be 'I had bwen living there' not 'I have been living there'?

No. At some point, the native speaker would switch the first verb to simple past instead of present perfect.
B: I lived there (recently).
