So, you mean this sentence is incorrect too?

somebody asks me for a ride. And I tell him,'I know how it feels to walk in the sun here; I have been walking around in the sun here. I will definitely give yoi a ride.

this is incorrect too with present perfect continuous tense?

Somebody asks me for a ride. And I tell him,'I know how it feels to walk in the sun here; I have been walking around in the sun here. I will definitely give you a ride.

If you are walking towards your parked car, it is fine. You walk together to your car, and you give him a ride.

The continuous is not OK if you are in your car when you say it.

Is it ok if I just finished walking and say, I have been walking so I know how it feels to walk in the sun here. Is it ok with the situation?
