Help

Hello, all,
I really need your help in translating the following sentence: HCME is allowed to sell or transfer Spare Parts to those distributors in the Territory whose distribution agreement has been terminated or expired, if HCME is prompted by those distributors with an injunction or judgment for further supply beyond this date. I am confused with the second part of the sentence (beginning with "if"). I would really appreciate if you could explain it. Thank you.
