Help

Hi there,

President Bush has announced a plan to help (a.prevent / b. to prevent) the spread of the AIDS virus.

Are both a and b correct? Is there any difference between a and b?

Thanks a lot.

martinlee Are both a and b correct? In 'help (to) do', 'to' is optional. I would omit it here because of the other 'to'.
