Is this correct way to respond to an email? I'm speaking about application documents, I send them to the web mail because I wasn't sure the application was good. And they send me a mail that everything is fine. So is this good?

Ok I'm sorry for that, I wasn't sure if they were uploaded successfully.
thanks for responding
Best Regards,

Anonymous I wasn't sure the application was good. There is a difference between the application itself being good, and transmitting it to the institution being successful. I think you are referring to the latter.

Yes, about this - transmitting it to the institution being successful. I'm apologizing for this Or that you emailed them asking that you had received it?

Ok, thanks a lot

You don't need to apologize for that, unless the answer to your question was completely obvious by looking at the status of your application on the web site.
