Help
The customer had changed the destination from Long Beach into Los Angeles without informing us in advance. While they did not amend their LC at the same time. We did not aware of the issue upon shipment arrangement. There have a discrepancy cost of USD75 per each transaction and total 4 transactions for this LC = USD300.00. Please advise we shall bear the fee or request them for the amendment. Alternatively, it will be cheaper for them to amend the LC.
